It was in August and with a group of 3 clients that we trekked the Donjek Glacier route this year. And what a trek it was! Beautiful weather and awesome wildlife – bears, sheep, caribou, mountain goats etc. – made for a truly unforgettable adventure!
We planned on hiking for 10 days but we finally made it in 8 so we decided, as soon as we figured out we were fast, to stop there and do nothing for a couple days…Nothing but contemplate! And there is a lot to contemplate in this very wild area of Kluane National Park in Southwestern Yukon!
